Yes. We offer a complimentary site visit and consultation — either at our office in Changanacherry or at your plot. During this meeting, we assess the site conditions, discuss your requirements and budget, and provide an initial estimate with no obligation. This visit typically takes 60–90 minutes.

Our primary service area covers Central Kerala: Kottayam, Changanacherry, Alappuzha, Ernakulam, Thrissur, and Thiruvananthapuram districts. We also take select projects elsewhere in Kerala. For NRI clients, we manage the entire construction process independently and provide regular updates through photos, video calls, and formal progress reports.

Our detailed itemised quotation covers all structural works (foundation, frame, masonry, roofing), plastering, flooring and tiling, waterproofing, electrical installation, plumbing, painting, woodwork, and site clearing. We specify the material grade for every major item so you can compare quotations like-for-like. There are no hidden charges — any scope additions are agreed and documented before work begins.

Yes. We manage the complete building permit process on behalf of our clients — from engaging the licensed design professional and structural engineer to submitting drawings to the local body and tracking approval. We have experience working with all local bodies in our service area and understand their specific requirements, which reduces approval delays significantly.

We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty on all construction work from the date of handover. During this period, we will rectify any defects in workmanship at no cost to the client. For structural elements (foundation, columns, beams, slabs), we provide a 5-year structural warranty. Waterproofing systems carry the product manufacturer's warranty, typically 7–10 years for the systems we specify.

Yes. We regularly work for NRI clients who are unable to be present during construction. Our process includes: formal project agreements with milestone schedules, weekly photo and video updates via WhatsApp, formal monthly progress reports, quarterly video call reviews, and a dedicated project manager as your single point of contact throughout. We have completed over 40 NRI client projects to date.

Yes. A soil investigation is mandatory for all our projects. We engage a certified geotechnical laboratory to conduct the soil test and provide a report specifying the safe bearing capacity of the soil, the recommended foundation type, and any special considerations such as water table depth or expansive soil conditions. The foundation design is always based on actual soil test results, not assumed values.
